Safety has always been our first priority at Slide Away Castles and this year we are taking extra precautions to maintain a trust worthy reliable service.
keeping in line with the Government legislation (link below), we are sadly not able to provide Bouncy Castle hires on any hard surfaces other than grass, unless it is indoors.
There will be most likely some people or companies offering the above, please think that there will be reasons they are doing this. Such as: not following the safety legislation, not having insurance, having a castle that is unfit for hire, *For more information on bouncy castle hire regulations, please see the link below:

Can you not just use sand bags?
Yes we could but each anchor point would require 7x 25kg sandbags for one of our 12x15 bouncy castles, a total of... 56 sand bags or 1304kg of weight. This is not practical and wouldn't be cost effective
1 sandbag per anchor point is NOT suitable, adequate or safe!
In windy conditions that Exceed 24mph a bouncy castle or inflatable should NEVER be operated as this is dangerous and could be blown away putting the users in danger! if you have booked with us and it is windy conditions, we would cancel the booking and refund you the deposit or transfer to another date to keep you safe.
What if it Rains?
If you have booked with us and it is Heavy rain conditions, we would cancel the booking and refund you the deposit or transfer to another date, if it is light showers and the Bouncy castle has a shower cover on it then we would be happy to carry on the booking but if you choose to cancel then the deposit will be used as a cancelation fee.
At the end of the day its yours, your families or friends children's lives at risk, don't risk it!
