Booking, Cancelling, Balance

With all bookings a booking fee is required, which will be deducted off your overall costing. The booking fee is non-refundable or transferable should you cancel. If you cancel within 30 days of your booked date 50% of the payment is still required If you cancel within 10 days of your booked date full payment is still required*. * discretion of the management is final. A booking fee is required on all parties, Venue packages, Discos, bouncy castles, Softplay, Tables & chairs, backdrops.

Should we have to cancel due to weather conditions or extreme circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be offered. When paying the balance by cash, this is expected before your party starts, your party host will not start your party until payment is made.
