Booking, Cancelling, Balance

With all bookings a booking fee is required, which will be deducted off your overall costing, unless you have booked a package at our Kings Norton venue, see further details below. The booking fee is non-refundable or transferable should you cancel. If you cancel within 30 days of your booked date 50% of the payment is still required If you cancel within 10 days of your booked date full payment is still required*. * discretion of the management is final. A booking fee is required on all parties, Venue packages, Discos, bouncy castles, Softplay, Tables & chairs, backdrops.

Should we have to cancel due to weather conditions or extreme circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be offered. When paying the balance by cash, this is expected before your party starts, your party host will not start your party until payment is made.

Bookings at our Kings Norton Venue.

When booking, we ask you to pay a £50.00 Deposit to secure the date, hall & inflatables, this will be returned within a week after your party! providing there are no damages and the hall is left in the condition you arrived in. Full amount of the party value is to be paid the day before by Bank transfer, this helps to prevent stress on the day for if you have forgotten to bring the cash with you or signal issues on site to do a Bank transfer. We do not allow Face paint, Glitter, Confetti or Balloons with Confetti in them as these can create a lot of mess or can damage the Inflatables/Softplay, please only use Blu tack if hanging up any decorations not the cheaper brands, Pins or Sellotape as these can mark the walls or damage the paint work.
